Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order as long as it is within our current delivery zones. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. For deliveries to customers at a business address, we can deliver to the ground floor communal entrance of your business, but unfortunately, we are not able to come to your desk. If your business has a shared ground floor reception, this is where we will deliver your shopping. Delivery day and slot will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will take a photo of where we’ve left your order and send it to you via email or phone. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Click & Collect

If you choose to collect your order from the bakery, the time slot for collection will be agreed with you when you place your order. Please note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier or later than the agreed time slot. Please bring your order number and the email address you used when you placed your order (we will not be able give you your order unless you produce this information).

Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. When an item you have ordered is unavailable we will attempt to deliver a suitable substitute, unless you have asked us not to. To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we have packed your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. If this happens, a refund will be processed for any goods ordered but not supplied.

Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. If you are not happy with any of your items, simply hand them back to your delivery driver at the time of delivery, or to one of our employees when using Click & Collect. We will then arrange for a refund to your payment card. Please be aware that all of our bakery items are made fresh and baked to order therefore we cannot accept any returns after the point at which they have been delivered or picked up.

With regards to all other non-perishable non-food products, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in store and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Refunds

When we receive your item, we will inspect it and, once a return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You should receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you haven’t received a refund within this time frame please contact us via email at orders@yeastbakery.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items.

Cancellation and Amendments

You can only cancel an order up until the cut-off time specified at the point of ordering. This is normally by 11am three days prior to when you have chosen to receive or collect your order. For example, if you have requested an order for Friday, you have until 11am on the Tuesday prior to notify us to cancel it. Again, please be aware that all of our bakery items take 2-3 days to produce hence we cannot accept any cancellations on these items after the cut-off time specified at the point of ordering. All cancellation requests need to be made via email to orders@yeastbakery.com. If you would like to amend your order please contact us via email on orders@yeastbakery.com before the cut-off time specified at the point of ordering. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any amendments being made to your order after the cut-off time but we will always try our best to accommodate.
